The UT Engine Management Software requires the .Net 2.0 framework. If your computer is fully updated, you should already have this software on your computer. If you need to install it, you can download it here.

If you have taken delivery of a UTCIS unit in the summer of 2010 or later, the USB connection is likely to not be recognized until you install the driver. The required file may be downloaded here. This is the file needed if your computer indicates that it has an unrecognized USB device named MCP2200.
This software requires Windows XP Service Pack 3, Windows Vista or Windows 7.

To connect to older versions of the UTCIS hardware the FTDI software driver must be installed. This software is frequently already installed on your computer. If you are having difficulty with getting the software to communicate with your UTCIS unit, you may need to install this usb driver.
